Q1. I am having trouble logging into my account.

If you are already a member, you can login using the following steps:

  1. Go here: http://dominatewebmedia.com/university/
  2. Sign-in on the left side
  3. Scroll over “My Library” in the top bar
  4. Click on your available courses to access all your Dominate Web Media goodies
Q3. How do I add a new credit card?

Please use “Add New Card” when you have a new card number and/or expiration date.

  1. Hover over “Support” in the top navigation.
  2. Click on “Update My Details”
  3. Click on “Add New Card”
  4. Add your new card information and click on the “Submit” button

Q5. How do I access my payment receipts?
We don’t currently offer access to your receipts within your account.  Please contact support with the receipt date(s) to receive a copy.

Q2. How do I update my credit card number?

Updating your current card should be used when you’d like to change the billing address.

  1. Hover over “Support” in the top navigation.
  2. Click on “Update My Details”
  3. Click on “Update Your Current Card”
  4. Change the billing information and click on the “Submit” button

Q4. How do I cancel my account?
Please contact support.
Q6. I haven't received my requested refund yet.
Some banks take between 5 – 10 business days to credit refunds to your card.  Please contact your bank 1st to confirm their refund policy. If it’s been longer than the bank’s refund process then please contact support to help troubleshoot the issue.

GENERAL

Q1. Why was my Facebook group request denied?

Below are the most common reasons.  Please contact support and let us know how to verify your membership with us so that we can give you access.

  • Your membership doesn’t include access to a private Facebook Group.  Currently only Facebook Ads University, Navigator Inner Circle & Elite, and Facebook Ads Account Managers Certification includes access to a private Facebook group.
  • The name you registered with for the course does not match your Facebook name.
Q3. I haven't received my book order.
We sincerely apologize for the wait.  Please contact support so that we can escalate your order with our book distributor.  Your book will go out that week.  Let us know if you don’t receive your book within 5 business if you’re in the USA and 10 business days if you’re international.

Yes your Facebook Navigator webinars and consulting calls are recorded.  Please contact support for access.

Q1. I don't see the course I signed up for.
If you don’t see your course listed under “My Library” in the top navigation bar, please contact support so that we can troubleshoot the issue.  Please remember to include the email address you used to register for the course.

Q1. What are the differences between the current courses?

Facebook Ads University: This program has a ton of great resources, the private Facebook group, live webinars every two weeks with Facebook updates, tactical training, etc. and all the live webinar recordings are saved in the member’s area. Facebook Momentum: This course is divided into 4 tracks for specific businesses types: Services, E-commerce, Digital Products, and Agency/Consultant which includes lessons from the other 3 tracks.  It gives you a front seat to how a business starting would progress through building a Facebook campaign from start to finish.  There are new lessons, quizzes, and an optional certification for Facebook Momentum. – http://dwm.dominatewebmedia.com/fb-momentum

Navigator Inner Circle. This is a high-level program that is designed to help give more small group support, access to our high-level checklists and SOP’s, VIP access to new courses before they’re released to the public, access to all of our current courses, and opportunities for in-person masterminds.
