Q1. I am having trouble logging into my account.

If you are already a member, you can login using the following steps:

  1. Go here: http://dominatewebmedia.com/university/
  2. Sign-in on the left side
  3. Scroll over “My Library” in the top bar
  4. Click on your available courses to access all your Dominate Web Media goodies
Q3. How do I add a new credit card?

Please use “Add New Card” when you have a new card number and/or expiration date.

  1. Hover over “Support” in the top navigation.
  2. Click on “Update My Details”
  3. Click on “Add New Card”
  4. Add your new card information and click on the “Submit” button

If you need to update your billing address for your current card please see the FAQ instructions for “How do I update my credit card number?”

Q5. How do I access my payment receipts?
We don’t currently offer access to your receipts within your account.  Please contact support with the receipt date(s) to receive a copy.

Q2. How do I update my credit card number?

Updating your current card should be used when you’d like to change the billing address.

  1. Hover over “Support” in the top navigation.
  2. Click on “Update My Details”
  3. Click on “Update Your Current Card”
  4. Change the billing information and click on the “Submit” button

Q4. How do I cancel my account?
Please contact support.
Q6. I haven't received my requested refund yet.
Some banks take between 5 – 10 business days to credit refunds to your card.  Please contact your bank 1st to confirm their refund policy. If it’s been longer than the bank’s refund process then please contact support to help troubleshoot the issue.

GENERAL

Q1. Why was my Facebook group request denied?

Below are the most common reasons.  Please contact support and let us know how to verify your membership with us so that we can give you access.

  • Your membership doesn’t include access to the private Facebook Group.  Currently only Facebook Fast Start does not include access to the group.
  • The name you registered with for the course does not match your Facebook name.
Q3. I haven't received my book order.
We sincerely apologize for the wait.  Please contact support so that we can escalate your order with our book distributor.  Your book will go out that week.  Let us know if you don’t receive your book within 5 business if you’re in the USA and 10 business days if you’re international.

Yes your Facebook Navigator webinars and consulting calls are recorded.  Please contact support for access.

If you don’t see your course listed under “My Library” in the top navigation bar, please contact support so that we can troubleshoot the issue.  Please remember to include the email address you used to register for the course.

Q2. What are the differences between the current courses?

Facebook Ads University: This program gives you access to past and future live Q&A webinars with Keith plus access to our private Facebook group to ask questions and brainstorm with Keith, Ralph, our Ads Managers, and our other members.

Facebook Ads Blueprint: This course is a more advanced than Facebook Ads University and includes step by step lessons for creating and managing Facebook advertisements.

Facebook Ads Flight Plan: This course includes some of the Facebook Blueprint lessons but has more detailed step by step lessons for creating and managing Facebook advertisements.  It’s also our highest and most thorough level of training that we currently offer.

Agency Domination: This course is for anyone who manages client accounts and/or has an advertisement agency.  This course includes step by step lessons for everything from on boarding a client to creating and managing Facebook advertisements.
